36. (Repealed).

36. Within the scope of the policy on the cinema industry, the Institut shall also advise the Minister on
(1)  the orientations, the three-year plan of financial support and the financial assistance programs in matters relating to the cinema;
(2)  draft regulations of the Government or of the Régie du cinéma.
The Institut may also conduct research and studies in the field of cinema.

36. Within the scope of the policy on the cinema industry, the Institut shall also advise the Minister on
(1)  the objectives in the field of cinema and the assistance plan and programs proposed by the Société générale des industries culturelles;
(2)  draft regulations of the Government or of the Régie du cinéma.
The Institut may also conduct research and studies in the field of cinema.

(1)  determine the objectives of the Société générale des industries culturelles while respecting the functions conferred on it;
(2)  determine the assistance plan and approve the programs of the Société générale des industries culturelles in accordance with this Act;
(3)  conduct research and studies in the field of cinema;
(4)  cooperate with the Government, the Régie du cinéma and any other person in view of establishing technical standards respecting the cinema industry.
